Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original packaging, including tags and accessories, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. 

All items marked sale, discounted or special order are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, or damage. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

How should I send my return back?

1. Email us at ShopSkyhaven@gmail.com for your return address.

2. In the email, please let us know what you would like to return and why.

3. Securely repackage your items in their original packaging (help us save some trees!).
